PICKUP & DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS

All guests will be required to submit a copy of their driver’s license and insurance card.

Car will be dropped off and picked up in person.

Car to be returned refueled to the level at pickup, and all trash cleaned out. This is a non-smoking car, smoking will incur an extra fee ($250)

Car can be dropped off within 10 miles of 7722 Venice Ln, Severn, MD (additional cost). Whether you choose a location or the BWI Airport, the key would be handed to you in person.

Return of the vehicle would be at 7722 Venice Lane, Severn, MD. or at BWI Airport.

If host cannot meet you for the car return, you’ll be instructed on how to drop off at the Airport hourly parking garage. Just take pictures of the car and the parking spot number, send it to 443-248-2388, and you’ll be good to go.

You’ll receive the key to the car from a designated driver.

Violation will incur $250 cleaning fee

Mechanical coverage and Roadside assistance included.

Liability transfer applied to any incident due to the renter’s negligence and/or while the vehicle is in the possession of the renter to include but not limited to accident damages, traffic violations and laws, and loss of property. Any incurred fees and tolls to be paid by the renter. Renter must submit own comprehensive insurance card before car pick up or purchase renter’s insurance from our website (provided by rentalcover.com).

Car must be returned with all trash cleaned out of the inside and refueled to the level no less than gas level at vehicle pick-up.

CAR GUIDE FOR OUR HYBRID CARS:

When you start the car, you will not hear any engine roll sound. Once you see the word "READY" in the dash, just put in drive or reverse (as needed) and drive. As simple as that!

Be careful not to block the battery vent by the side of the 1st/2nd row seats.
