If host cannot meet you for the car return, you’ll be instructed on how to drop off at the Airport hourly parking garage. Just take pictures of the car and the parking spot number, send it to 443-248-2388, and you’ll be good to go.

Liability transfer applied to any incident due to the renter’s negligence and/or while the vehicle is in the possession of the renter to include but not limited to accident damages, traffic violations and laws, and loss of property. Any incurred fees and tolls to be paid by the renter. Renter must submit own comprehensive insurance card before car pick up or purchase renter’s insurance from our website (provided by rentalcover.com).

The car must be returned with all trash cleaned out of the inside and refueled to the level no less than gas level at vehicle pick-up.

The vehicle must be returned within the window of rental, if a renter books a car for 1 day, that day accounts for 24 hours. Fabiscon has the right to charge the renter for additional time if the renter books longer than they have been charged for.

A renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver who is a resident of the United States, must present at the time of rental a driver's license issued by any state, territory or possession of the United States that is valid for the entire rental period. Fabiscon Transport will accept a valid U.S. military identification card plus an expired state-issued driver's license for active duty U.S. military personnel in those states where active duty U.S. military can drive on an expired driver's license. Fabiscon Transport will accept a state-issued temporary driver's license when valid for the entire rental period, or a traffic citation issued as a temporary license when valid for the entire rental period, the court date being the expiration date (from states that observe this practice), both when accompanied with an additional form of photo identification with signature, other than the payment card used for the rental security. Fabiscon Transport will accept a driver’s license notated with “NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR OFFICIAL FEDERAL PURPOSES” or similar notation if issued by a bordering State to the State of the Fabiscon Transport office where you intend to rent a vehicle. Fabiscon Transport does not accept a learner permit as a valid driver’s license.

2. Payments:
To qualify to rent a Fabiscon Transport vehicle, the renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver must present at the time of rental a payment card (credit, debit or prepaid debit card) in each individual’s own name with the required available funds. The name and signature on the driver’s license and payment card must be the same.

3. Insurance Responsibility for Damages and the Rental Vehicle:
The renter, additional renters, or authorized additional drivers are fully liable for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, even if someone else caused it or the cause is unknown, whether due to theft, fire, hail, flood, collision, vandalism, or any other cause, subject to any limitations imposed by the law where the vehicle is rented. This liability will not exceed the full value of the vehicle, plus; actual towing and storage charges; loss of use; diminution in value (regardless of whether the vehicle is repaired), a reasonable administrative fee, pro-rata license fees, all rental charges through the date you report the incident if not returnable or the contract return date, whichever is later, and any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Fabiscon Transport as a result of the loss or damage to the vehicle.
All renters must have verifiable collision and comprehensive coverage for the rented vehicle. Coverage provided by 3rd party carriers may be acceptable if they provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits to cover the rented vehicle.
The renter and or any additional renter and or authorized additional driver (and the respective insurance companies of each) is primarily responsible for all third-party claims of personal injury, including death, and property damage caused or arising from the use and operation of the Fabiscon Transport vehicle during the rental. If Fabiscon Transport is required to provide primary coverage, it shall only be in an amount necessary to satisfy the minimum financial responsibility limits required by law. Where permitted, Fabiscon Transport does not provide uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage.

4. Your Insurance
At the beginning of the rental many Fabiscon Transport locations offer for an additional daily charge, Collision Damage Insurance through a third party. This third-party insurance is required if The Renter does not possess insurance that covers this service at the time of rental. All renters must have verifiable collision and comprehensive coverage for the rented vehicle.
A. Collision Damage Waiver ('CDW')
If the renter purchases the optional Collision Damage Waiver plan, Fabiscon Transport will agree to waive the renter's responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle. Collision Damage Waiver is not insurance or an insurance product. CDW does not apply if: (1) the renter uses the vehicle in violation of the rental agreement; or (2) the vehicle is stolen or vandalized; or (3) the renter fails to notify Fabiscon Transport and the police immediately after the loss; or (4) the renter fails to pay the charges under the rental agreement.

5. Additional Renters and Drivers:
The Fabiscon Transport vehicle may be driven only by a renter, additional renter or an authorized driver listed in the rental agreement. All renters, additional renters or authorized drivers are required to qualify to drive the Fabiscon Transport vehicle. To qualify, Fabiscon Transport requires that all renters, additional renters and additional drivers (including spouses) appear at the time of rental and provide; a valid driver’s license, a physical street address (residence), an accepted payment card in their own name with funds available, sign the rental agreement and pay an additional renter or driver fee. All renters, additional renters or authorized drivers may be subject to a driver record check and or a credit record check. The additional renter or driver may also be subject to an underage 25 driver's fee. No other persons are authorized to drive the vehicle.

6. Age of Renters:
The minimum age to rent a vehicle at most Fabiscon Transport locations is 21 years of age. Renters, additional renters and or authorized additional drivers that are 21 to 24 years of age will be charged an underage 25 driver fee because of such driver's age and in addition to any additional driver fee, if applicable.

7. Gasoline and Refueling Charges:
The renter must refill the fuel tank to the same level as when the vehicle was rented, within a 10-mile radius of the rental return facility and present a fuel receipt to avoid a refueling charge.
Renters that choose the prepaid fuel option, if available, will pay the specified charge as set forth in the rental agreement and have no obligation to refuel the vehicle. There is no credit or refund given for any fuel in the tank at the end of the rental.

Renters that do not choose the prepaid fuel option and do not return the vehicle at the same fuel level as when rented, with a refueling receipt with 10 miles, will be required to pay a fuel charge for the cost and service of refueling the vehicle. The fuel charge is based on the estimated number of gallons needed to refill the tank multiplied by the rate per gallon charge specified on the rental agreement plus a refueling convenience fee.

8. Rental Rates
Most Rental rates are based on a 24 hour 'rental day' starting at the time of rental. The minimum charge is one day, plus mileage, if applicable. The renter will be charged for each hour and/or any part of an hour in excess of a rental day the renter keeps the vehicle, until the vehicle is returned, up to the applicable daily rate. Mileage charges, if applicable, will be the number of miles driven as determined by the odometer readings at the beginning and end of the rental. If the renter fails to comply with the minimum or maximum keep conditions applicable to the rental rate, including any geographic driving restrictions, a mileage charge, rate surcharge or another rate plan may be charged. Calendar day pricing will be disclosed when in effect.

Geographic Driving Limits:
At most locations; driving is restricted to the continental United States and Canada. A Canadian resident is prohibited from driving a U.S. owned vehicle into Canada. Please refer to the local terms and conditions for any additional information regarding geographic limitations at the Fabiscon Transport location where you intend to rent a vehicle.

One Way Rentals:
Availability of one-way rentals within the continental United States will vary by Fabiscon Transport location and vehicle. Usually, a one-way drop fee and a one-way rate plan or mileage charge will apply. Please refer to the location’s terms and conditions web page for any additional information regarding the cost and availability of one-way rentals at the Fabiscon Transport location where you intend to rent a vehicle.

9. Prepaid Rate Terms and Conditions:
Prepaid Rates:
Prepaid rates are rates that are offered at a low price because the customer pays in advance for a non-refundable reservation. The name on the credit card must match the driver’s name. The same credit card must be presented at the counter upon pick-up. Advance payment in full is required. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the entire rental reservation. Prepaid rates are subject to availability for participating locations. Charges cannot be applied to other rentals, services or merchandise. No rental car rates or rental car availability are guaranteed until full payment is received.

Prepaid Reservation Modification/Cancellation:
You may modify or cancel your prepaid reservation up to 48 hours of scheduled pick-up time. If you fail to pick up your rental car at the scheduled pick-up date and time, your reservation will be no-showed and you will not receive any refund or credit. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations without notice if it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains, or resulted from a mistake or error.

Total Price:
The price you selected includes the rental car rate, estimated taxes, and applicable fees. The price does not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your rental.
Modification of Reservation:
The prepaid rate you selected applies to exact date(s)/rental days/car type reserved. Modification to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are permitted up to 48 hours of scheduled pick-up time.

Early or late drop-off:
Rates quoted are based on pick-up date and length of rental. Should you choose to drop the car off before or after the drop-off date, the price is subject to change. If you drop-off the car early, you will not receive any credit or refund. Extensions are subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this rate you selected may not apply.
Other Restrictions:
This prepaid rate may not be combined with any other offers or promotions.

10. Lost and Found:
Fabiscon Transport will not be financially responsible for any personal belongings left in the rental vehicle, shuttle vehicle or within the location premises. If you have lost items, please call Fabiscon Transport as soon as possible.

11. Tolls, Tickets, Fines, and Penalties
All charges of tolls, tickets, fines, and penalties are the renter's responsibility while in possession of the vehicle. We will bill you for the cost of any charges incurred while renting our vehicle.
